Vocab programs being used for language training-on-the-job in Stockholm

Crystal clear company mission could be a key success factor for startups.  Swedish startup Vocab has known early on that it wants to work in mobile language learning. Individualized learning through the Web and a Mobile phone is the holy grail of educational software's future, or at least Vocab is betting on this billion market.

Vocab has landed a pilot project for Stockholm city, aimed at helping asylum seekers new to Sweden learn Swedish faster, while ungergoing a paid internship program.

The foreign and new assimilee market is no stranger to Vocab, they secured their first international client, in Russia, in 2005
